The buyer shall have the right to withdraw from a contract of sale or provision of services concluded by means of communication by notifying the seller or service provider in writing within fourteen calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The following conditions must be complied with when returning the goods:
- The returned goods must be in their original packaging in good working order (you can cut the sealing strips to inspect the goods);
- Non-defected heaters that have been assembled or attempted to be assembled cannot be returned;
- The goods must be in good condition and undamaged by the Buyer;
- In the event that the reason for returning the product is faulty quality, we undertake to replace the faulty product with a product of suitable quality at our own expense or, if we are unable to offer a replacement, to refund the money paid for the product;
- The goods must be in good condition (intact labels, protective film, etc.) (this does not apply in the case of returns of low quality goods);
- The returned goods must be in the same condition as when received by the Buyer;
- The Buyer must physically deliver the returned goods to the address indicated by the Seller or send the goods at the Buyer's expense to the address indicated by the Seller;
- We undertake to effect the refund within fourteen calendar days unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds shall be made by bank transfer to the bank account specified by the customer.
Returns of goods of satisfactory quality shall be carried out in accordance with the procedure provided for in Articles 6.228-10 and 6.228-11 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
24 month quality guarantee
The main features of all goods sold in the Renginiopartneris.lt shop are generally indicated in the description of each product. All goods sold in the Renginiopartneris.lt shop are covered by a manufacturer's warranty in accordance with the legislation in force in the Republic of Lithuania.
Warranty conditions:
- The product has been used for its intended purpose and maintained in accordance with the instructions.
- The warranty applies to defects in the quality of the goods caused by the fault of the manufacturer and the transport of the goods by the seller's transport.
- The returned product must be in its original, original, and in good condition packaging;
The buyer forfeits the right to free warranty service in the following cases:
- The goods have been damaged due to the buyer's fault.
If the defect is noticed during the use of the goods, please notify us by contacting us. During the warranty period, any quantitative or qualitative discrepancies detected shall be corrected, completed or replaced by UAB "NP Grupė" at its own expense. UAB NP Grupė undertakes to eliminate the defect within a reasonable period of time from the date of registration of the claim with the company.
In the event that you have purchased a product and have noticed that it is defective, you shall have the right to return such product to us within fourteen calendar days from the date of delivery to you. In this case, the faulty product will be replaced free of charge with a quality product. If the company is unable to replace the goods with a new one, you will receive a refund. Goods of defective quality are exchanged or returned in accordance with the "Rules on the return and exchange of goods", approved by Order No 217 of the Minister of Economy of 29 June 2001.
During the warranty period, if you notice any hidden defects in the goods, please take a photo of the defects and send us the photo immediately to the e-mail address indicated in the Renginiopartneris.lt shop contacts. The manufacturer of the product will then determine whether the defect is covered by the warranty, i.e. whether the defect is a factory defect. We will inform you of the manufacturer's decision immediately by the means of contact you have indicated. Please note that:
- The manufacturer's warranty does not apply to naturally wearing parts.
- In the event that the reason for returning the product is faulty quality, we shall be obliged to replace the faulty product with a product of suitable quality at our own expense, or to refund the money paid for the product.
